I acknowledge that each person is unique and requires different approaches and coaching based on their personality and health needs (health needs include mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health). Before we jump into nutrition coaching, it is important for me to get to know you first- not only will this benefit me as your coach, but more importantly, it will greatly benefit YOU. In order to do that, I offer free consultations (in person, on zoom, or a phone call) for all new clients. Creating customized and personal meal plans is something I have over 5 years of successful, life changing experience with. The first person I experimented this on was myself which resulted in sustainable weight-loss, increased muscle mass, a healthier relationship with food, higher energy levels, and an overall happier life.
